Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your order. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Due to the purchase and preparation of fresh ingredients, cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery are non-refundable. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund or credit at Grazefull Boards' discretion.

We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order when requested at least 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery. Changes requested within 48 hours cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the scheduled pickup time. If delivery is selected, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the agreed-upon delivery time.

Our boards are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Our products are made fresh for your event and are best enjoyed on the day of pickup or delivery. Please refrigerate promptly if they will not be served immediately. Please take board 20 minutes before serving so the product can come to the ideal tasting temperature.
